The Road Map provides an overview to the Action Kit’s 3 phases and 7 steps. While these look simple and linear, this work is difficult and messy, involving the complex interaction of human processes, political and financial realities and community and organizational contexts.
Phase 1 is comprised of two steps: Step 0 “Taking Stock” and Step 1 “Committing Leadership”. Taking Stock means getting an initial sense of where your organization is ‘at’ in terms of equity; Committing Leadership involves ensuring you have leadership at diverse levels committed to taking action.
