Port Alberni Video
In April 2022, the EQUIP research team was invited to Port Alberni to meet with hospital leaders and community organizations on how to tackle health inequities. From that visit, the community has worked together to document their process of making an explicit commitment to reducing substance use stigma and implementing equity-oriented responses.
